We use your email address and, if provided, your name to send the Enovia newsletter about our producers, selections and trade events. Subscription is voluntary and based on your consent. We ask you to confirm your email address before adding you to the newsletter.
Subscriber details are held on our hosting infrastructure. Email delivery uses Amazon Simple Email Service in Frankfurt. Our technical providers process the information needed to operate the service. We do not sell your subscriber details. This newsletter does not use individual open or click tracking.
We retain subscriber details while you remain subscribed and keep the technical subscription records needed to manage consent and delivery. Unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter or contact us above. Addresses that generate permanent delivery failures or spam complaints are excluded from further sending. Minimal suppression records may be retained to respect your choice.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data where applicable, and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You may lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority, including the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens in the Netherlands. A commercial enquiry through another Enovia form does not automatically subscribe you to this newsletter.
