        Why we started <em>Enovia.</em>
      </h2>

      <p className="quaderno__lead">
        A few years ago we realised something simple about the Italian wine trade: most of the people who sell the bottles have never met the people who make them. We didn't want to do business that way.
      </p>

      <p>We are a small independent export agency, based in Reeuwijk. We work with 44 family producers across Italy — from Alto Adige to the northern slope of Etna, from Roero to Salento — and we ship their wine directly to importers and specialist buyers who care where it comes from.</p>

      <p>That\'s the whole business. No warehouse in the middle. No corporate listings. No middleman markup. No minimum orders of ten pallets. No six-month payment terms. A single box of a single wine is fine. A mixed pallet is fine. A full container is also fine.</p>

      <p>We\'re the exclusive Benelux agents for <strong>Marc de Grazia Selections</strong> — one of the most respected portfolios in Italian wine — and beyond the Benelux we sell carefully into Germany, the Nordics, the UK, and a handful of markets further afield. Carefully, because growth for its own sake is how you end up with filler wines in your book.</p>

      <p>We believe the wine world is full of unnecessary barriers: intimidating language, opaque supply chains, an elitist tone that excludes most people. That holds everyone back — the growers, the importers, the drinker at the end of it. We try to do the opposite. Plain writing. Clear pricing. Direct relationships. Wine you can actually buy.</p>
